"Karate originated in India ".

(Nick and I were both wrong when quizzed by Joe at dinner tonight!) Nicky said Okinawa and I said China.
 
Is this true?  As now this has led me to do some research and it says it did start in Okinawa region.  This would be an interesting history lesson....

Does anyone know the TRUE Real Fact #817??  :)

I want to thank all the Moms that showed up on Saturday morning to work out with their kids. Everyone showed great enthusiam and I think a lot of you Moms must take more than a few cardio kickboxing classes because WOW! did all your roundhouse kicks look really good!

Ryan Beebe captures 1 silver and 2 Bronze

Congratulations Team USA!

Team USA did well today with many medals earned. Ryan had a good day with 2 bronze and 1 silver in kata(goju specific), sanbon, and team kumite respectively.

 We are all Proud of you.
